1. Promotions 1 and 2 (collectively the “Promotion”) will run from 13/04/2023 to 08/05/2023 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. This promotion is jointly operated by High Morale Developments Limited (“Midasbuy”), Proxima Beta Pte. Limited (“Proxima”) and Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. ltd (“Mastercard”). This Promotion applies to any Singapore-issued Mastercard-branded consumer card that has not been linked to a Midasbuy account prior to this Promotion (each, an “Eligible Card”).
3. A maximum of one (1) Eligible Card may be linked to one (1) Midasbuy Account to participate in this Promotion and such Eligible Card may only be linked to one (1) Midasbuy Account. Re-linking of the same eligible card is not permitted.
4. This promotion is on a first come, first served basis and is limited to the first 225 eligible cards successfully linked. All awards in this promotion are non-refundable and non-cash exchangeable; and are not transferable or for sale.
5. Promotion 1: An Eligible Card successfully linked to a Midasbuy Account during the Promotion Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will receive a bonus package worth 120 UC, limited to the first 225 Eligible Cards successfully linked: Promotion 2: Cardholders Use

   Such eligible card (successfully linked in Promotion 1) to purchase UC for the FIRST time on Midasbuy’s platform during the Promotion Period will be rewarded with free UC as a bonus. The number of Bonus Free UC to be granted is based on the number of UC purchased and will be communicated to the cardholder prior to purchase.

   For the avoidance of doubt:

   (a) Bonus Free UC awarded under this Promotion 2 is in addition to any ongoing promotions on Midasbuy’s platform awarding Bonus Free UC; And

   (b) Promotion 2 only applies the first time payment is made on Midasbuy’s platform using the eligible card during the Promotion Period. Subsequent payments after the first payment will not be awarded with no bonus UC (except for ongoing promotions on Midasbuy’s platform awarding no bonus UC).

6. Midasbuy, Proxima and/or Mastercard reserve the right to withhold, restrict or refuse your participation in the Promotion if they consider the possibility of fraud or wrongdoing. Midasbuy, Proxima or Mastercard’s decision in the event of a dispute regarding any matter related to this Promotion will be final.
7. Midasbuy, Proxima and/or Mastercard reserve the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time. By entering the Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that we may collect and use your personal information for this Promotion in accordance with Midasbuy’s Privacy  Policy  .
8. Mastercard is not responsible for the products and services offered as part of this promotion. The products and services are sold solely by the relevant suppliers on the terms and conditions set forth by such suppliers and Mastercard shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services.
9. These general terms and conditions can be translated into several languages. In the event of any differences between the English version and any other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail and apply (to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations).
10.
